Fightbrand warrants its products to be free from exchangeable defects for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase provided they have not been subject to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Fightbrand’s sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned within this 15-day period unused unless otherwise specified in the documentation for such product.
