You can return any item purchased on for a refund or exchange for something of the same value within 15 days of purchase as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. Only items purchased from can be returned through this process.

In the event that the return is due to a defect that Fightbrand identifies as production and therefore unrelated to the customer, it will be responsible for the consequent shipping costs as long as the customer does not request a refund but rather a product with the same characteristics without said defect.

You must tell us the reason for your return to in order to process the change. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, unless otherwise stated by Fightbrand.

Full Fightbrand Returns and Exchanges License Details

Refunds will be credited by the same method the items were originally purchased, as long as the item is returned within 15 days of purchase. All the products that you want to return must be in the original closed packaging and must not have been used.

Fightbrand reserves the right to refuse a return request on opened and used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Fightbrand before any refund is issued.

The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product. For exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Fightbrand will pay the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise.

Fightbrand is not responsible for lost packages and recommends that the customer place tracking numbers on the returned merchandise.

All packages must have the order number clearly labeled on the outside of the package. Shipments received without an order number in the package cannot be processed as returns. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Fightbrand Customer Service will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your bank account, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through cannot be carried out through this process. Contact the original purchasing distributor for return and exchange instructions.
